What happens if college training doesn't start straight away?

Formal college training generally has a specific start date which doesn't always coincide with when contractors can offer site training opportunities to help the next generation of construction workers achieve qualification.

A TrAC pre-apprenticeship placement maximises the on-site learning available.  All pre-apprenticeship placements provide TrAC apprentices with paid employment until the commencement of formal training so that valuable site training opportunities are not lost.
