At Shared Apprenticeships, we employ local construction apprentices and mentor them through to completion of their apprenticeship, by working in close collaboration with contractors, colleges and independent training providers. 

We also deliver a high-quality apprenticeship experience by securing industry placements for our apprentices with large and small contractors working locally.

We employ local apprentices in Trades including Bricklaying, Carpentry, Groundworks, Painting & Decorating, Plastering, Scaffolding … and more!

And we employ local apprentices in Technical (trainee management) roles such as Site Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering and Design & Build.

In summary:  we are the employer, training is delivered by a college or independent training provider, and industry experience is gained on site with contractors.
